Make a correction easy to assess
Include the article address, the specific passage and a current public source. Explain whether the issue concerns a fact, date, scope, broken link or attribution. A brief, precise report is more useful than a private case file.
An editorial contact, with a clear scope
Civic Work Atlas is independent of the City of Phoenix. It is not eCHRIS, recruitment, HR, a benefits administrator or a retirement office. We cannot recover account access, change records, review an application, resolve a workplace matter or decide a personal benefit or pension question. The resource-routing guide explains how to distinguish the questions and find current official public routes.
Keep private information out of the message
Do not send passwords, verification codes, employee identifiers, identity numbers, pay records, benefit elections, retirement balances, health or family information, confidential workplace material or someone else’s records. Public-source corrections do not require those details.
